Doodlin'

I've only gone and done a bladdy doodle of Agent Lover, haven't I? This might be the best thing I've managed to colour on Gimp so far. I reckon if I had a tablet instead of a mouse I would be away! Sometimes my mouse is a bit unpredictable and veers wildly from one side of the page to the other, it's super annoying but whatevs, it's still really fun to use. If you don't use gimp, you can download it free and legal from their website! I LOVES 'EM.

Also a technical note, I removed the captcha from my blog comments so you don't have to type anything in so comment now. Sorry, I thought I had already disabled it! I find it super annoying when I'm trying to comment and it puts me off leaving comments and I don't want that to happen here! :)

Here are a couple of things I've been working on these past couple of days! Its so annoying not having a scanner because the camera doesn't really pick up enough fine lines in the ink drawings so they look a bit bare! I get a kick out of how different these two ladies are! The one on the right is totally side-eyeing the one on the left something vicious!

If I was a brave girl I would get my cheeks pierced! I love them and also I love the dimples they leave behind! But I'm a huge baby and the thought of having any metal in my mouth somehow makes me gag. Alas!

More Scribbles

Just a couple of doodles I've been having fun with this week! I'm aiming to try and complete something once a day, even if they are kind of messy and whatever, it's still a good feeling to have accomplished something!

I've been having a sort of rough day today, but it's my niece's 2nd birthday today and we're going to eat pizza! So I guess my day is looking up!

Drawing Challenge & See Ya!

Today's challenge was to draw my favourite animal! This is more up my street. I really like drawing animals and playing around with colours and stuff, I'm not so good with humans! My favourite animal is a manatee.

I don't know why, I just love them! I get so sad when you hear all the stuff about how endangered manatees are because people keep running over them with their boats! I'd love to meet one one day.

This will be my last post of the week since tomorrow I am going to Leicester to visit a friend! We're going to go see Chronicle and she's taking me to the DINOSAUR MUSEUM! They have dinosaur museums in Leicester!!! So this is bye from me and I hope you all have gr8 weekends! I've given my fringe a cut in celebration!

Drawing Challenge

I'm doing a 30 day drawing challenge! I started it today since its the beginning on the month, but this month doesn't even have 30 days, doh! Oh well. The first challenge was 'draw yourself'. I draw my stuff in my sketchbook, photo it and upload it to the computer so I just have the black pen outline, then I colour them in using Gimp! I wish I had a proper tablet, a girl can dream, eh?

 

The hair looks weird on this, sorry! I was experimenting and tried to fill the hair in afterwards without an outline but it doesn't quite match!
